In this context, Ms. Jawaher Al-Manea, an expert trainer in emotional intelligence and relationships, discussed in this cultural salon the role of women as leaders in society, highlighting the concept of leadership and the qualities that a successful woman leader must possess, and how her leadership should be in her family, in addition to identifying the concept of leadership using emotional intelligence and its importance for women leaders. Emotional intelligence greatly affects the institutional performance of woman or the woman's performance in her home. Good use of emotional intelligence is a way to achieve success. Women leaders are keen to use the basic components of emotional intelligence such as self-awareness, self-regulation, motivating others and sensing their emotions, in addition to acquiring the social skills that make the woman an outstanding leader in her family and community.

For her part, Ms. Maryam Al-Dosari, implementation and follow-up specialist at the Community Awareness Department at Aman Center, said, “Because we are keen to enhance awareness and education on issues related to women, as they are one of the center's targeted groups, we are keen on diversity in the presentation of topics related to women through organizing the idea of Aman Cultural Salon for Women. Following up on the implementation of such discussion seminars helps to provide the women with new skills, as women today are men's partners and they have a leading role in society, and they must be empowered to be able to solve any problem they may face. Protecting and rehabilitating women is one of the main tasks of the work of Aman Center, so we are keen to provide a safe environment for women wherever they are. The woman is the mother who always seeks to achieve family bonding and cohesion".

For her part, Ms. Suad Al-Hajri, Head of the Psychological Counseling Services Unit at Aman Center, stressed how careful the center is to develop a guiding plan to rehabilitate any woman who may suffer from a psychological, social or legal problem due to any kind of violence she has been exposed to. The woman has proven to everyone that she is able to withstand difficulties and challenges, and to have a leading role in society. The woman's leadership role starts from within her family. Her keenness to form a strong interconnected family, by following modern methods of raising her children, is the starting point for her essential role in society. An example of this is the woman's role in confronting violence in light of Covid-19 pandemic. Women have a large and effective role as they are on the front lines of Covid-19 pandemic response, as health and educational workers, care providers and innovators, and at the forefront of community organizations, and being the most prominent model examples and effective national leaders in mitigating the situation, in addition to the woman's role as a mother or sister, providing moral support to all family members and relieving psychological pressures resulted from the imposition of some laws for the purpose of limiting the spread of the pandemic, such as imposing home quarantine and social distancing. All of these tasks proved her leadership role alongside her partner, the man.
