AMAN CENTER OBTAINS ISO 9001 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATION
Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (Aman) - one of the centers of Qatar Social Work - announced that it had obtained the certificate of quality management system in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, after evaluating the administrative and executive procedures followed in the center, workflow mechanisms and services provided For the target groups of women and children victims of violence and family breakdown By applying the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards based in Geneva, Switzerland, This announcement highlights the extent of Aman Center's commitment to providing high quality services and its work in accordance with international standards for quality management systems and standards to increase the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
A committee of external auditors (TUV NORD Gulf, Germany company) has approved granting the certificate, by conducting a test and evaluation of all procedures and operations carried out by the center's departments and divisions and to ensure their conformity with the international standards of Quality Management System.

In this context, Mr. Abdulaziz Al Ishaq, Acting Executive Director of Aman Center, stated: “By announcing today that we have obtained the ISO certificate, we confirm our keenness to provide high quality services to the targeted groups of women and children, and to work on protecting, rehabilitating and integrating them into society. The ISO accreditation came Within the framework of Implementing the center's development plan, the pursuit of a quality certificate in accordance with international standards and controls is a positive step to change the internal work method and improve the quality of services provided to the target groups. It also confirms the keenness of the Aman Center to develop its human cadres with regard to methods of dealing with the target groups according to International standards in order to enhance their professional capabilities and harness the latest educational methods, social, psychological, legal, and information technology in order to protect the privacy of the target groups and achieve quality and excellence in providing support and care to women and children, whether they are in the shelter or outside, in order to contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of Qatar Vision 2030 "

And from his side, Eng. Wael Kamal, CEO of TUV Nord Gulf Company, stated that Aman Center's keenness and endeavors to adopt international standards in quality management is evidence of its determination to improve the quality of services provided to its target groups, and by obtaining the international accreditation certificate for quality standards, the center will be keen to enhance the community's trust in the effectiveness of services provided to the target groups.
