A series of Awareness Events and Workshops Held in collaboration with the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, and Qatar Red Crescent. More than 150 beneficiaries from various age groups
The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (AMAN), one of the centers affiliated with the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, concluded its summer awareness activities after presenting a series of awareness workshops in various locations across the country. The workshops were held in collaboration with the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, represented by Quran memorization centers and schools; the Ministry of Culture, represented by social centers; and the Qatar Red Crescent Society.
Several members of AMAN Center contributed to delivering a variety of interactive and engaging awareness workshops on social protection, targeting specific groups. These workshops addressed a range of topics related to social protection and the adoption of modern protection methods.
In this context, Mr. Fadl bin Mohammed Al-Kaabi, Acting Executive Director of the Social Protection and Rehabilitation Center (AMAN), emphasized the Center’s commitment to continuing the organization of awareness workshops throughout the summer. He noted that these initiatives aim to raise participants’ awareness and equip them with the necessary knowledge to avoid harmful behaviors that could lead to any form of violence, while also promoting positive values, developing new skills, and encouraging the adoption of modern approaches to sound upbringing.
Mr. Fadl Al-Kaabi also praised the strong engagement of participants in the awareness workshops, as reflected in the statistics showing that more than 150 beneficiaries from different age groups, including women and children, took part in AMAN’s 2025 Summer Activities.
He further emphasized the importance of activating the role of partners in fulfilling AMAN Center’s vision and mission of providing social protection and rehabilitation, and in achieving its strategic objectives. He stressed that this can only be achieved through the concerted efforts
