The Social Protection and Rehabilitation Center "AMAN", one of the centers of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development and Family, signed a memorandum of cooperation with Marble Medical Center, as the agreement was signed by Dr. Nasser bin Ahmed Al Thani, Executive Director of AMAN Center, and Dr. Dima Shehadeh, the general manager of Marble Medical Center.

The memorandum of cooperation aims to consolidate the bonds of cooperation between the two parties and to achieve their common goals by supporting and strengthening the bonds of cooperation between the two sides in a way that enhances the quality of services provided to the target groups of the AMAN Center, including women and children and victims of violence and family breakdown.

Marble Medical Center is an integrated medical center, which was established in 2016. It seeks to provide medical services with international quality. It also aims to be the most prominent medical center in the world, and seeks continuous innovation and excellence in the world of medical services. Marble Medical Center has many specialized medical staff in various clinics, as Marble Medical Center has special rooms for surgical operations, recovery rooms and patient suites. The center also includes specialized clinics such as family medicine, children's, dental, internal, dermatology, plastic surgery, ear, nose and throat, psychiatry, nutrition, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, physiotherapy, and skin care clinics, in addition to the laboratory and radiology department.

According to this cooperation, this agreement will be executed between the two parties through cooperation between them in areas of common interest in each party's field of work and in developing and implementing plans, programs and awareness campaigns that contribute to spreading and strengthening societal awareness of the target groups and that contribute to strengthening family cohesion in society. In addition, this cooperation will also entail holding and organizing seminars, training courses and discussion seminars on common topics that aim to benefit from the experiences and expertise of both parties in various relevant fields, and to cooperate with each other in the areas of exchanging expertise and information supporting the objectives of each party.

In this context, Dr. Nasser bin Ahmed Al Thani, Executive Director of Aman Center, expressed the importance of signing a memorandum of cooperation with Marble Medical Center, which will contribute several benefits for both parties, by giving priority in providing a suitable job for the target groups, in case there are vacancies and suitable job opportunities, and to work on providing a specialized doctor periodically according to the needs of the target groups and beneficiaries of the services of the AMAN Center in the temporary shelter building, in addition to any other activities that achieve our common goal with the Marble Medical Center. Our goal is to achieve the vision and mission of AMAN Center in promoting social protection and rehabilitation for our target groups of women and children and victims of violence and family breakdown.

On the other side, Dr. Dima Shehadeh, General Manager of Marble Medical Center, expressed her keenness to activate this community partnership, by signing a memorandum of cooperation with one of the social centers concerned with the protection of women and children and victims of violence and family breakdown, saying "we will strive to provide what is best to protect the target groups of AMAN Center and we will make sure to provide all medical support and services to the target groups, as social protection is everyone's responsibility".

It is worth noting that the Center for Social Protection and Rehabilitation "AMAN" seeks to spread awareness and education on enhancing the protection and rehabilitation of women and children in the State of Qatar. The Social Protection and Rehabilitation Center “AMAN" was established in 2013, with the aim of protecting and rehabilitating women and children's victims of violence and family breakdown and reintegrating them into society.
