The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (AMAN), affiliated to Qatar Social Work Foundation, celebrates the Family Day in Qatar, which is celebrated by the State of Qatar on 15 April each year.  Aman Center in cooperation with the Family Counseling Center (Wifaq) will be presenting a three-day introducing pavilion in Wifaq hall, to introduce the role of the center and to identify the most important services provided to the target Categories. This has been lighting Aman center building in green to celebrate this day.

The celebration aims to emphasize the importance of the family and its cohesion as civil society organizations that contribute in the support and development of the family building within the framework of Qatar Vision 2030 and the national development strategy of the state and their effective contribution in building a cohesive family in society, in addition to activating cooperation with the centers affiliated to the Qatar Social Work Foundation, such as the Family Counseling Center (Wifaq)  which in turn organizes events under the slogan "Parental education and community immunity" which aims to strengthen the efficiency of parents and develop their basic skills in the field of raising children, in addition to increasing parents' awareness of parental education and its basic components as a prerequisite for contemporary family life.

Mansour Al Saadi, Executive Director of Aman Center, said: "We are pleased to participate in the Family Day in Qatar. The celebration of this day supports and reinforces the essence of Aman's work, which is family cohesion. He stressed that the State of Qatar is one of the few countries that made a special day to celebrate the family because of its important social value. He also said that the slogan of this year "Take care of them with Love" emphasizes the value of righteousness, love and cooperation among all members of the family, which strengthens the support and solidarity of families. Aman Center also participates in a campaign on social networking sites aimed at the community in general to support and unite the family, in the framework of its work to raise awareness and education and emphasize the principle of a cohesive family"

In the year of 2002, Her Highness Sheikha / Mozah Bint Nasser established the Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (AMAN) in order to provide services to the target categories of violence and family fractures victims from children and women and those who may expose to it according to the criteria set for each category in the fields of social protection, rehabilitation and social rehabilitation, also awareness and education. The Center works from 2013 as part of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work.
