Introduction:

The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (Aman), affiliated to the Qatar Social Work Foundation, is continuing its activities during the month of Ramadan, where the Center participates from the beginning of Ramadan until the 20th night of Ramadan at Hayat Plaza in Ramadan night events in cooperation with Qatar Charity, where the Center is participating in a defining pavilion that includes presentations for its activities and services and various recreational competitions for children.

The Center's pavilion received a large number of visitors who were interested in inquiring about the Center's activities such as the non-violence games Senyar “fishing" and Senyar" diving". As well as the campaign of “Do not touch me" to prevent any abuse or harassment against the child, Aman Watch which follow the child movements, Sa3edny application to report any abuse against children and also, Shawreeni application which provides social, psychological and legal counseling to women.

Hanan Al Ali, Head of communication and Media office in Aman, said “"Aman Center is keen to participate in the Ramadan events through various social and cultural activities targeting children and women. The participation of  Aman Center aims at educating family members, especially children and women, about the importance of maintaining family cohesion and deepening of the idea of tolerance which is a messages correspond to the virtues of the holy month, She also stressed that this competetion, which witnessed a great participations by the public audience reflects the importance of such events, especially in the month of Ramadan, and added that Behavioral Health Support Center participated with Aman Center in the distribution of gifts to children.

Also, The center celebrates the Garangao Night events with the children of the Comprehensive Aman House at  Barzan,  which contributed in bringing joy and happiness to the residents of the House from children in particular and with the participation of the Center's employees children also.

 Ms. Nour Al-Hurr, Director of Rehabilitation Department, said that "We are keen every year to participate with the children in this popular celebration, to realize the social affinity and spirit among them, so that they feel that they are an integral part of the society, thus strengthening their national belonging and deepening the Qatari's identity. She pointed out that the celebration of the Garangao Night this year has been characterized by the presence of a various pavilions for six countries, namely Oman, Qatar, Egypt, Sudan, Palestine and Iran, where each pavilion  provide activities that reflect the heritage of their states in the celebration of Ramadan in general and the night of Garangao in particular. The popular games section was also presented, and a number of competitions were offered, as well as the distribution of a Garangao bags to everyone.

Nada Al Dosarii, Head of the shelter Department at Aman Comprehensive House said that, "We are always interested in participating in the revival of such Ramadan gatherings, which help to create a spirit of social affinity that reflects the state harmony and cohesion among the members of society and this is what we always seek at Aman Comprehensive House, as we focus on delivering a sense of homogeneity and interdependence among all as one family and part of this society".

It is worth mentioning that the center of protection and social rehabilitation "Aman" provides Shelter services in accordance with international quality standards and specifications, the house is an integrated complex of more than 30 real estate units  equipped with comprehensive Shelter services, provide the residents with "temporary" shelter with a rehabilitation plan that provides Rehabilitation, social, psychological and health, as well as administrative and logistical services, within  a well prepared rehabilitation plans and programs suitable for each category, in addition to various community activities. The shelter is divided into special units for females, males and a unit for children and people with special needs. The main objective of it is providing a suitable environment for the residents to protect, rehabilitate and reintegrate them into society.

the Center for Protection and Social Rehabilitation "Aman" is concerned with the protection and rehabilitation of victims of violence and family breakage of women and children and reintegrating them into society, through participation in many events and community activities such as the celebration of the National Day and the Sports Day, Aman Comprehensive House is keen to participate in these celebrations considering the target groups as part Of the society.​
